Currently, I am working as a lecturer and undergraduate advisor in the Department of Agricultural Economics & Agribusiness at Louisiana State University, USA. I teach introductory & intermediate microeconomics, intermediate Linear Programming, and International Trade courses. My current research focuses on International Trade and Economics of Corruption. My research interest also includes Food Security and Development Economics.
I received my Ph.D. in Agricultural Economics and a Masters in Economics from Louisiana State University, USA. Before coming to the U.S., I finished both my Masters and Bachelors (Honors) degrees in Economics from Jadavpur University, India. I also worked as a post-doctoral research associate at GCREC/IFAS, University of Florida for a year before moving back to LSU.
And yes...I love photography and consider myself a Street & Landscape Photographer :)
